Retention Policy: How long are videos stored in Supervision Assist?


Live Sessions are archived once their start date reaches your organizations default retention policy period, when an archive request is submitted, or when manually deleted by a user.

Once archived, the session's recordings, and shares are deleted permanently. The session's details page retains comments and a list of participants but can only be accessed by its host.

View an Organizations Retention Policy

You may check your organizations video retention policy by following these steps:

  1. Click on Live Sessions from the top main menu.
  2. On the Live Sessions page, click the Archived button in the top right of the page. The Archived Sessions screen will appear.

The retention policy for your organization will be listed on this screen (as shown below).


Default Retention Policy

If not altered by your organization, the default retention is as follows:

  • Telehealth Sessions: 4 months
  • Live & Uploaded Videos: 1 year
