Step 1: Sign Required Forms for your Intern's Application
When a site supervisor agrees to work with a trainee, the trainee informs the university of their practicum/internship. The trainee then submits a placement application to your site, which will invite you to join Supervision Assist and submit the required agreements. To do so:
- Go to www.SupervisionAssist.com/login and log in using your account email address and password.
- On the Dashboard, the Placements tab will show a notification icon.
- Click on the Placements tab and click Start for each agreement on your trainee’s application.
- Complete the form’s fields where applicable, and enter your name in the Signature field.
- Click Submit.
