Step 1: Sign Required Forms for your Intern's Application

When a site supervisor agrees to work with a trainee, the trainee informs the university of their practicum/internship. The trainee then submits a placement application to your site, which will invite you to join Supervision Assist and submit the required agreements. To do so: 

  1. Go to www.SupervisionAssist.com/login and log in using your account email address and password.
  2. On the Dashboard, the Placementtab will show a notification icon.
  3. Click on the Placements tab and click Start for each agreement on your trainee’s application.

     
  4. Complete the form’s fields where applicable, and enter your name in the Signature field.

     
  5. Click Submit.
