Step 7: Introduction to Live Sessions

  1. 1-Minute Live Session Overview Video

Supervision Assist allows the creation of HIPAA-secure live online video feeds to be created or scheduled at any time. These may be used for remote viewing of a supervision session, communicating with a supervisor, or starting a video chat with a trainee. You may create a session using the following steps. 

Starting a Live Session

  1. Click + New Live Session.
  2. Select Schedule Live Session.
  3. Complete the required questions:
    1. Participants: If you wish to invite another Supervision Assist user to join your meeting you may type their name or use the dropdown menu to search. 
    2. Client's Email (Telehealth Only): This is the address that an invitation to your live session will be sent to. 
    3. Date & Time, Duration: This information will be shared with participants. However, you may still start the meeting at anytime. 
    4. Automatically record this session to the cloud: This setting will select the cloud record button for you. Regardless of the setting you may start/stop recording by selecting the record button in the supervision assist client. 
    5. Limit recording to audio-only: If you are only allowed to capture client audio please enable this setting. 
  4. Click Save.
  5. Select Start Session.

Viewing Past Session

  1. From your Dashboard select Live Sessions.
  2. Select Your Past Sessions Tab.
  3. Click on a video to view.

Reviewing my Intern's Cloud Recording.

  1. From your Dashboard, click Shared With You.
  2. Assigned recordings will be viewable under the Live Sessions tab in Supervision Assist.
