How do I change or assign a Faculty Supervisor to a Student?

Faculty Supervisors are assigned to Students by someone with a Clinical Coordinator position. The following guide is for a Clinical Coordinator to assign a Faculty Supervisor to a training. 

1. Select People and then Trainees.

2. Select the students that you are looking to assign to a Faculty Supervisor. Select each student using the checkbox, click on Group Actions, and the Edit Current Training.

   

3. Under the Faculty Supervisor category select the Faculty Supervisor using the drop down menu.

   
   
   

Note: Select Edit Next Training if you are looking to edit the Faculty Supervisor in a future training.
