User Technical Requirements
Last updated December 2025
Supervision Assist takes the security of your data very seriously. We require users to access the system using browsers and operating systems that still receive official security updates. Please verify you are using the latest version of your browser and OS.
Supported Browsers (Latest Security-Supported Versions)
Tested Browsers
We recommend using the latest stable version of the following browsers. These browsers automatically update themselves, and you should allow them to do so.
- Google Chrome: Latest stable version on Windows, macOS, and Android.
- Mozilla Firefox: Latest stable version on Windows and macOS.
- Note: Firefox Extended Support Release (ESR) version 115 was the last version to support Windows 7 and 8. Security support for this version ended in September 2024. Users on these operating systems should upgrade to a newer Windows version.
- Microsoft Edge: Latest stable version on Windows and macOS.
- Apple Safari: The latest version included with a supported macOS or iOS release.
Recommended Browsers
- Desktop / Laptop: We typically recommend Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge as the most compatible browsers within Supervision Assist.
- Apple iPhone or iPad: Safari works best when using iOS based systems.
- Android: Google Chrome.

Linux:
- A modern, actively maintained Linux distribution (e.g., Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, Fedora 40, Debian 12). Ensure your specific distribution version is receiving security updates.
