How can I stop e-mails or change notification preferences?

For certain important events and actions in Supervision Assist, notifications are automatically sent to the relevant users. You can choose to receive these notifications via email, text message, or both. To change your notifications preference:

1. From the main menu, click your Name then My Account.
2. In the Settings table on the right hand side, click Edit Info / Preferences.
3. In the Notification Preferences section, select or deselect the Email and Text Message checkboxes.
4. When finished, click Save.

Notifications will now be sent to your email address and/or phone number, depending on your saved preference.
