Step 3.2: Confirming Liability Insurance

If enabled for your organization, Supervision Assist will automatically associate active liability insurance with placement applications.

Confirm Insurance by Group

You may check all placement applications for active insurance by using the following steps;

1. Select Training and Trainee Placement.
2. Under the Insurance column confirm if insurance has been "Applied" or is "Missing".
3. Click the Insurance column to sort by type.

Confirm Insurance of an Individual

The best way to review an individuals insurance coverage is to check their most recent Placement Application.

On the Placement Application Details page you can confirm coverage by checking the Trainee Liability Insurance section. You may check the blue link (A) to view the document, and view the coverage dates (B) to confirm it will be active for the duration of the placement.
