Step 5: Uploading Liability Insurance

Liability Insurance Upload Steps

If required by your university, please complete the following steps to upload your liability insurance;

1. Select your name from the top menu and then select My Account

   

2. Scroll to down the page until you reach the Liability Insurance Documents section and select + Add Insurance

   

3. Set the effective start and end dates then click Upload File to choose where your file is uploading from.

   

   
   

Liability Insurance not Showing?

Please try following these steps if your liability insurance isn't showing up.

1. Refresh the placement application page. Sometimes it takes a moment for it to show.

2. Check the Effective Dates and Expiration Dates you entered. The dates entered must overlap with the placement application dates to show up (a)
