FAQ: Invitation E-mail Opening in Internet Explorer

If your Supervision Assist invitation is being sent to a mail client and the default browser is Internet Explorer, some Site Supervisors have had difficulty opening the link in another browser. Please follow these steps to open the invitation in a supported browser. 

Copying and Pasting a Supervision Assist invitation. 

1. Select the Register Your Account link and right click
2. Select Copy link address
3. Open a supported browser. (Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.) and right-click on the address bar. 
4. Select Paste and go
