Journal Note Appears to be in Latin or Unreadable

All journal notes entered into Supervision Assist are encrypted and only accessible to authorized parities. If a message appears to be in gibberish or Latin this means you are viewing an encrypted text.

The only people who may see an encrypted text entry are the following parties. 

1. The student who made the journal note. 
2. The faculty supervisor assigned to that training plan. 
3. The supervisor assigned to review that entry. 

To prevent PHI from accidentally going to other parties it is not enabled for the Coordinator to view the unencrypted notes. These are also protected from Supervision Assist staff who may access a users account for authorized activities.
