Delete a Placement Application Form

Please follow these steps to delete a single form on a placement application form.

1.  Navigate to your placement application from your dashboard (a) or the placement application page. (b)
2. Under the Required Forms section, select the submitted form you'd like to delete. 
   
3. Use the Actions button to Delete Submission.
   

Note: If an agreement form has multiple submitters it may not be deleted until all submissions have been completed.
