Delete a Placement Application Form

Please follow these steps to delete a single form on a placement application form.

1.  Click on Placement > Placement Applications. Select desired placement application.

2. Under the Required Forms section, select the submitted form you'd like to delete. 

   

   
   

3. On the Submitted Form Details page, click on the Actions button > Delete Submission.

   
   

Note: If an agreement form has multiple submitters it may not be deleted until all submissions have been completed.
