How To Create/Assign Placement Applications as a Coordinator

To create and assign placement applications to a trainee, take the following steps:

  1. On the Dashboard, click the Training dropdown, then select Placement Applications.
  2. On the Placement Applications page, click on the Assign Placement tab.
  3. In the Select Trainee Training section, click on the Current Trainees dropdown to select a trainee, then click on the Existing Training dropdown to select an existing training plan.
  4. In the Select Supervision Site section, click on the Supervision Sites dropdown to select a supervision site.
  5. In the Select Supervisor section, click on the Supervisors dropdown to select a supervisor.
  6. Click Submit to complete or click Submit & Assign Another to repeat the process for another placement application.
