How to Create a Customized Training Report

Users can create a custom training report that combines hours from specific training plans and placements. To create a customized training report, please take the following steps:


Student


  1. On the dashboard, click on the Training Totals tab.
  2. Click on the Training Reports button, then select Custom Report. The Custom Training Report is displayed.
  3. On the Custom Training Report, select the placement(s) and/or training plan(s) desired.
  4. Click Create Report.

Coordinator or Faculty


  1. Navigate to the Trainee Details page. You can do this by clicking any of the blue links containing the trainee's name within Supervision Assist, or by using Search Users to find a trainee and then selecting the view button.
  2. On the Trainee Details page , click on the Training Totals tab.
  3. Click on the Training Reports button, then select Custom Report. The Custom Training Report is displayed.
  4. On the Custom Training Report, select the placement(s) and/or training plan(s) desired.
  5. Click Create Report.
