Student Graduation Account Process

Once your coordinator marks you as "graduated," it's time to initiate the setup of your postgraduate account by following these steps.


  1. Complete the Student Graduation Survey to have a postgraduate account created. (This link should have been e-mailed when your clinical coordinator marked you as graduated)
  2. After completing the Survey, a member of Supervision Assist will contact you when you have been migrated to a graduate account.
  3. Login using your existing password and new e-mail address. (if changed in the student graduation survey)
  4. Select switch positions from the dashboard to move between your university and graduate account.
  5. Create a Placement Application to connect with your Supervisor. (No agreements are required)
  6. Within 24-48 hours your placement application will be approved by Supervision Assist staff.
  7. You may use the Supervision Assist activity log to enter hours as usual.

Note: The hours log may differ from the one used by your University. Please contact Supervision Assist support if you would like additional activity log categories or hour requirements different from the default setup.
