What does it mean to Archive a Placement Application?

What is archive a placement applications?

Archiving a placement application will remove it from the Placement Applications page as a Coordinator and put it in the Archive drawer.

Archiving a placement application will not affect the ability of a student to continue working at their supervision site.

Why are placement applications archived?

When working with large amounts of student's it is easy for a large amount of placement applications to accumulate. To help clean things up we move some applications to the Archived drawer.

Can I manually archive or unarchive an application?

Yes this can happen from the Placement Application or Placement Application Details page

2. Using a dropdown on the Placement Application Details page to archive/unarchive.
