Video player shows black screen and will not play.

When a file is uploaded to Supervision Assist there may be issues with playback on other users machines. There are two solutions 

  1.   Convert the video to a new format and re-upload as a new Live Session

  2. Try using a different machine to view the video (I.e. switching from your home PC to an apple computer or phone)
